Autumn is well on the way, with lots of opportunities for creative fun with nature. Star class have had a great start to the new school year, getting to know each other and exploring autumn art.
They have been outside and collected different leaves and have then made some lovely pictures using the real leaves and paint - and have been putting their learning into practise.
They have been concentrating hard and using their fine motor skills to apply paint using sponges, as well as using autumn fruits, like apples, to make prints.
They have shown us their creativity their designs and by choosing colours and also used their communication skills to talk about their paintings.
We think we have some talented budding artists in our midst…
