Explorers Wriggly Nativity 2025

Our Explorers have truly shone this morning with their wonderful performance of ‘A Wriggly Nativity’.

Every pupil worked incredibly hard to bring the story of the first Christmas to life through story telling and songs. The pupils have been practicing over the past few weeks and pulled out their best show for parents this morning after a preview yesterday to some of our older pupils.

All the pupils have contributed, from creating beautiful artwork to set the scenes, to wearing their costumes with pride and learning lots of songs and actions. Our narrators did an excellent job of reading their lines and using communication switches to say their parts. We had inn keepers, skipping sheep and shepherds, dancing animals, bobbing camels and shining stars and angels. Mary, Joseph and the Donkey all did a wonderful job to be on stage the whole time and showed great care for the baby in the crib.

All our parents and carers should feel immensely proud of their children’s creativity and confidence to be able to participate in our annual Christmas event, it takes a lot of courage to get up on stage in front of an audience.

Thank you to everyone who supported this event – it was a true celebration of our children and what they can achieve.
