Summer 25 Wellbeing Chippy Lunch

Today we treated our staff to a chippy lunch with no expense spared - chips, gravy, peas, curry sauce, bread and butter and as much ketchup, vinegar and salt as they could shake a stick at!

We provided cold drinks, and after dinner chocolate mints to make it fancy!

Our wellbeing warrior team of staff had decorated the hall, prepped the food, warmed the peas, beans, gravy and curry sauce, with the Shads Chippy delivering the portions of chips for all to enjoy - thanks to them!

It was as always a lovely opportunity to catch up with colleagues, laugh, reminisce and talk about the upcoming holidays.

The nursing team joined us and everyone had a great time.

We even had a prize draw to win a box of chocolates to set you off on your summer break!

We even had our blushing bride - Rachael - who is getting married at the end of the month, and who had her bridal makeover for the occasion!

Our staff work really hard and are dedicated to the children, so we love to thank them and let them know how much they are appreciated… even if it is only chips!
