CAFT Residential day 3

The final day of our secondary residential - the gang spent their final morning showering, packing up, completing a few last tasks, and stripping the beds - all brilliant independent life skills!

After breakfast, they all gathered in the art room to create a special banner to remember the trip by.

Next, they made their way back to the sports hall for one last go on the bouncy castle slide - an exciting way to cap off the adventure! With the weather fine and the sun shining brightly, they decided to have lunch outdoors, soaking in the sunshine in the garden before they had to leave.

The bus driver arrived, and it was time to pack up the coach. They gathered for a team photo, capturing the memories of their fantastic time together and set off to come back to Newfield

They arrived back in time to say hello to their friends, and although they were all incredibly tired they have had an amazing time and made some wonderful memories!

We have had really great time and we are very proud of every one of the children!

Thank you all so much. Without all the staff this would not be possible for the children. D had such an amazing time said he can’t wait to go again - wow! Thank you all again

Parent Lorraine and family

We just like to thank you for taking very good care of H on the residential farm trip, he thoroughly enjoyed it without having his Nintendo switch console and phone which he plays games on! We were very proud and happy on Hakeem’s achievements on his very first residential trip to the farm.
