CAFT - part 2 - day trip

Today, some of our other secondary students went on a day trip to join day 2 of our residential at the CAFT - Children’s Activity Farm Trust, in Cheshire.

Everyone had a lovely day, setting off bright and early to join in the fun.

It was a cloudy start in Blackburn, but the sun came out for us after lunch!

During the visit they met up with their friends and saw lots of animals. Some pupils had great fun on the massive inflatable slide.

They visited the sensory spaces and had a nice walk around the garden, smelling some fragrant plants - believe it or not, one smelled just like Coca Cola!

They stopped to have one last look at the ducks on the pond before saying goodbye and getting on the bus to come back to school.
