Today, thanks to the Lady Taverners, a group of pupils and staff were able to have a fantastic day out at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They went on rides, watched a show, had a fish and chip lunch and all in all had a wonderful time at the seaside!

This year’s leavers had a wonderful day out to Witton Park where they looked at some small animals, had a lovely stroll in the sun past the pond and then had lunch on the picnic tables. Afterwards, the pace really picked up at the bowling lane with everyone having a go at ten pin bowling…

Today TG3 went to the brand new Sealife Centre based at the Trafford Centre in Manchester. It was a beautiful sunny day and everyone had a fantastic time exploring the under water world and seeing some of the amazing creatures that live in our seas…

Class 4 have had a fantastic day out at Windmill Farm near Southport. There was so much to do and we started our busy day on the lovely playground equipment. Some pupils even braved the zip wire…

TG5 had a fantastic time at Smithills Farm for their class trip. We gave milk to lambs using milk bottles, handled chicks, guinea pigs, rabbits, and owls. There was a Burmese Python which was a 12 foot long snake and some thought it felt like a handbag!
